organic milano salamiOur producers near Lake Como have been producing fine quality Italian charcuterie for over 70 years. Their free-range, organic pigs roam along the Po River in Northern Italy. They enjoy a life in the open air, where they can run free and feed on an all-natural diet of organic cereals and grains.

Organic garlic and black pepper are added to give this authentic Milano Salami a gentle hint of spice. After curing, the salami is air dried and matured for a minimum of two months. It has a full, distinctive, sweet flavour. Great for sandwiches, picnics or just for snacking!

ITALIAN SALAMI MILANOA traditional medium cut Italian salami seasoned with white wine, pepper and a hint of garlic. Dry cured and fully matured in the environs of the lovely Lake Como.

Hop on your nifty scooter and ride over cobbles whilst shouting greetings to passers by. Park up on the pavement, run up the stairs and spread this salami on a plate with a handful of olives. Now you’re feeling Italian! Or just stick it in a sandwich.
