One  unearthed classic panettone
Blackberries
Custard
Sugar
water
Rind and juice of 2 lemons


 Method

Put the cleaned fruit, the water and lemon rind and juice in the pan.
Simmer until the fruit is soft.
Stir in the sugar and boil rapidly until setting point is reached.(or use jam from a jar)

Pasta or spaghetti
Half a pack of unearthed chorizo
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons of pecorino
4 tablespoons of double cream
Salt and pepper

Method

Boil pasta
Slice unearthed chorizo and leave to one side
Next, whisk the eggs, yolks, cheese and cream in a bowl and season with pepper.

1 French stick
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup of parmesan
1 red onion diced

Method

Cut French stick in half and then into small sections
