Chorizo Carbonara

Ingredients

  • Pasta or spaghetti
  • Half a pack of unearthed chorizo
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of pecorino
  • 4 tablespoons of double cream
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Boil pasta
  • Slice unearthed chorizo and leave to one side
  • Next, whisk the eggs, yolks, cheese and cream in a bowl and season with pepper.
  • Put onto heat for 10minutes constantly stiring
  •  Add the chorizo
  • Add the pasta to the mixture; stir very thoroughly, so that everything gets a good coating.
  • Serve onto plate, and then sprinkle with pecorino cheese and then serve to your guests!!
