Chorizo Carbonara
Ingredients
- Pasta or spaghetti
- Half a pack of unearthed chorizo
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons of pecorino
- 4 tablespoons of double cream
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil pasta
- Slice unearthed chorizo and leave to one side
- Next, whisk the eggs, yolks, cheese and cream in a bowl and season with pepper.
- Put onto heat for 10minutes constantly stiring
- Add the chorizo
- Add the pasta to the mixture; stir very thoroughly, so that everything gets a good coating.
- Serve onto plate, and then sprinkle with pecorino cheese and then serve to your guests!!
