Tomato, onion and prosciutto crunch
Ingredients
- 1 French stick
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup of parmesan
- 1 red onion diced
- Salt
- Parsley
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 pack of unearthed prosciutto crudo
Method
- Cut French stick in half and then into small sections
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Dice the onions and tomatoes and marinade the mixture with some balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Add some parsley, finely chopped and then stir the mixture.
- Wrap one slice of prosciutto crudo round each piece of bread and then spoon a tablespoon of salsa onto the top and serve to your guests!
